See how your launch compares: the report card

Your app against every app that launched the same day in its category.

Was your launch good? The fairest answer comes from the apps that started on the same day as yours, on the same store and in the same category. The report card puts your app beside that class.

  1. Open it

Open My apps → App overview and press See the report card. With several tracked apps, pick one in the App box.

  2. Read the grades

There are five measures: downloads so far, ratings, average rating, countries and updates shipped. Each shows your figure, the middle of the class, your place in it and a grade. A is the top tenth of the class, B the top 30%, C the top 60%.

  3. Look at the top of the class

The table under the grades lists the strongest apps of the class by ratings, with yours marked This app. Click any of them to study its store page.

The report card is open to every account. Download figures on it are part of the Indie plan.

Pictures show a demo account. The names and numbers in them are examples, not live data.
