Store page check
Paste an App Store or Google Play link and get a score out of 100 with the fixes that matter: title, subtitle, description, screenshots and more.
What it checks
How much of the 30 characters you use, and how many words the store can match.
Whether it is there, how full it is, and whether it repeats the title.
Its length, and on Google Play whether it uses your title words.
How many you show against what the store allows.
Both stores favour apps that are kept up to date.
With the fixes in order, the most useful first.
The limits it checks against
| App Store | Google Play | |
|---|---|---|
| Title | 30 characters | 30 characters |
| Subtitle / short description | 30 characters | 80 characters |
| Description | 4,000 characters, not searched | 4,000 characters, searched |
| Screenshots | Up to 10 per device | Up to 8 |

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. You can check any app’s store page without an account, as often as a normal person would. We limit very heavy use so the stores are not flooded with requests.
Where does the data come from?
From the app’s public page on the App Store or Google Play: the same text and pictures anyone sees. We do not connect to your developer account and cannot see your keyword field, downloads or conversion rate.
What does the score mean?
It is our own checklist: points for each rule the page meets, over the rules we could judge. It is not a number from Apple or Google and it does not predict downloads. Use it to find what to fix, not as a grade.
Can I check a competitor’s app?
Yes. Any public app works. With a free account you can save your app and its competitors and see their scores side by side.
Why does it say the subtitle is not read yet?
Apple does not include the subtitle in its public data, so we read it from the store page separately. If that read fails, the rule is left out of the score instead of being counted against the app.
