These terms are the agreement between you and IndieTower (“IndieTower”, “we”) when you use indietower.com. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them.

1. What IndieTower is

IndieTower is a web service that tracks new apps and games on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It shows new launches, soft launches, developers and niches, and sends email digests and alerts. It is built from information that the stores publish publicly.

IndieTower is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google. App names, icons and screenshots belong to their owners.

2. Your account

You need an account for most features. Give a real email address, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 16 years old. One person or team per account; don’t share logins outside your plan’s seats.

3. Plans, prices and payment

IndieTower has a free plan and paid subscriptions: Indie at $12 a month or $99 a year, Studio at $39 a month or $349 a year. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the Pricing page. Features marked “soon” are not available yet and are not part of what you pay for today.

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; taxes that apply where you live are added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record. They run the checkout, charge your payment method, add taxes and send your receipts and invoices. We never see or store your card details.

If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will email you first.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Payments are not refunded; the details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Fair use

Use IndieTower for your own research and work. Please don’t:

  • copy the data in bulk with scripts or scrapers, or resell or republish it as a competing dataset;
  • try to get around plan limits, rate limits or security;
  • disrupt the service or anyone else’s use of it;
  • use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, without a refund.

6. About the data

We work hard to keep the data complete and correct, but it comes from public store pages that change without notice. Some apps are found late or missed, and store details can be wrong at the source. Google Play install figures are the ranges Google publishes; we do not show or estimate App Store downloads. Treat IndieTower as research input, not as a guarantee, and check important facts before you rely on them.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep IndieTower running all day, every day, but we don’t promise it will never be down. We may add, change or remove features. If a change matters to you, you can cancel so that you are not charged again.

8. Liability

IndieTower is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions made using the data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using IndieTower and ask us to delete your account at any time through Contact. We can end the agreement if you break these terms.

10. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
