About

OmniRx is an educational reference and habit tracker for people taking medicines. It explains what a medicine is and what its FDA-published label says, helps you log each day whether you took each medicine and what got in the way, and lists questions to ask your pharmacist. It runs on your device. Education and habit support — not medical advice. OmniRx does not diagnose, does not work out doses, does not check for interactions, and does not tell you to start, stop, or change anything. It is not a substitute for your pharmacist, prescriber, or any other clinician. Always check with a healthcare professional before making any decision about your medicines — and never stop or change a prescription without talking to your prescriber first. Tabs: You (Taken / Skipped for the name on the bottle), Understand (FDA-published label pages, the same for everyone), Do (notes on what got in the way), Ask (general questions about medicine labels; appears only after you turn it on in More, where Apple Intelligence is available or the device can run an optional downloaded model), More (optional daily reminder, privacy links). Terms of Use (Apple standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://prameyallc.github.io/privacy/omnirx/Read more
