OmniBuild is an educational reference about how construction and skilled-trades work is regulated in the United States. It quotes public sources — including 29 C.F.R. Part 1926, EPA lead renovation rules, and the ADA Standards — and shows the citation on the same screen. It is not contracting, engineering, or legal advice. It does not inspect a job, issue a permit, or tell you to climb, dig, or touch live power. Building codes are adopted locally; your building department decides. Stop and call a licensed professional for anything structural, electrical, gas, roofing, excavation, confined-space, or at height. Name a project. Open one cited guide. Write down what you looked up. Tabs are You, Understand, Do, Ask, and More; Ask appears only when Apple Intelligence can answer on this device. There is no account and no OmniBuild server. Your projects and notes stay on your devices; if you turn on Sync with iCloud in More (off by default), they sync through your own iCloud account. OmniBuild is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor. It is not an OSHA Outreach trainer and issues no cards.
