OmniDerm is a private skin journal and sun-care education app. Save a note or a photograph on this device so you can look back later. Compare two dated frames of the same area yourself. Log morning SPF, reapply, and barrier care. Read short topics that name their sources. Four rooms: You (your journal), Understand (sourced sun-care topics), Do (today's habit log and same-area compare), and More (privacy, export, and settings). A fifth, Ask, appears when Apple Intelligence can answer on this device, or after you download the optional on-device model that More offers on iPhone and iPad models with 8 GB of memory or more. OmniDerm does not diagnose, screen for, or assess any skin condition. It does not score or analyse photographs. There is no account. Journal photographs stay on this device unless you export them, are excluded from device backup, and are never uploaded. Optional iCloud Sync and Handoff (off by default) carries a few settings and some skin-care topics you have opened to your own iCloud and devices — not photos, not habit logs. If something on your skin is on your mind, a clinician can look at it. You do not need a reason from this app. The journal and the library stay free.
