About
Mirebit prepares your images for small monochrome displays, with an exact preview and useful files you can take into a hardware project. SEE THE PIXELS YOU WILL EXPORT Import PNG, JPEG or HEIC from Files or Photos. Choose 8–512 pixels per side, fit on white or crop at the center. Adjust threshold, brightness, contrast and inversion. Compare Threshold, Bayer 4×4 and Floyd–Steinberg results from the same working source. Inspect the finished pixels at 4× with no smoothing. KEEP REPEATABLE SETTINGS Your local working copies and settings save automatically. Name, reopen and delete assets. Save up to 20 named presets per asset for the sizes and treatments you use again. Undo the last 30 adjustment changes in the current session. Normal installs start empty; an optional original botanical example is generated on device. TAKE REAL DISPLAY ASSETS Share a ZIP containing Bitmap.png, an actual binary P4 Bitmap.pbm, Bitmap.bin, a portable uint8_t Bitmap.h C header, Manifest.json and Readme.txt. Choose row MSB, row LSB or vertical 8-pixel pages for BIN and C data. The preview and byte arrays come from the same conversion. All layouts use 1=black and zero padding; PBM retains its standard MSB row layout. The manifest records dimensions, stride, page count, packing and conversion settings. The PNG is a grayscale image container with only black and white pixel values; the PBM and byte files hold actual packed 1-bit data. Match the selected format and bit convention to your display library. The C header does not include controller setup, library bindings or PROGMEM. Mirebit does not connect to hardware, flash firmware or certify compatibility. iPad provides side-by-side source and result previews with a settings inspector. iPhone keeps the bitmap, method comparisons and export within easy reach. One upfront purchase. No subscription, account, ads, analytics, tracking or developer-server upload. Up to 25 MB per input. Working copies are downsampled to a 2048-pixel longest side and saved as PNG. Up to 40 assets and 200 MB of local library storage. Exported packages contain finished assets and settings, not original files or editable library backups. Keep originals separately. Use images you have permission to process and share.Read more
