Scan your meal, add ingredient details and review portions before logging. CaLidar combines photos, compatible LiDAR and nutrition tables to estimate calories and macronutrients. HOW IT WORKS Add sauces, hidden ingredients and known quantities. AI identifies foods; you can correct ingredients, grams and nutrition values. Readable labels take priority. Foods without a match in TACO, IBGE or USDA use AI values marked as estimates. PHOTO AND 3D Your original photo accompanies the result. Open the 3D model for another perspective. LiDAR helps when geometry is reliable; containers, mixed dishes and insufficient captures use photo estimates. The ± symbol shows approximate uncertainty, not clinical accuracy. YOUR WEIGHT AND APPLE HEALTH Adjust your weight on the kg/lb ruler and review your daily goal. With your permission, import a recent weight from Apple Health and export calories and macros from reviewed meals. Export again after editing; deleting in CaLidar does not remove the Health record. AT YOUR PACE Search and log foods offline. AI analysis requires a connection and consent. History syncs when connected, including guest mode. Automatic goals are estimates for adults and do not replace professional guidance. FREE AND PRO Food search and manual logging are free. PRO offers more cloud scans and a model for complex meals.
