Fitlock: Distraction Free

Fitlock turns screen time into something you earn. Choose the apps that pull you into a scroll loop, complete a short bodyweight workout, and bank minutes to unlock them intentionally. Move first. Scroll later. • Block apps you choose with Screen Time controls. • Count squats, push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks with your camera. Rep counting happens on your device; Fitlock does not record or upload workout video. • Earn and bank unlock minutes so you can use your apps on your terms. • Review your workout progress and keep building a movement habit. Fitlock requires a subscription for access after any applicable trial. Pricing and trial terms are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account. Screen Time and camera permissions are requested only for their respective features. App blocking depends on device permissions and iOS behavior.
