Hänsel Processing

The Hänsel Processing App supports operators and users of Hänsel systems in their daily work and helps to centrally organize all important information related to the system, its operation, and maintenance. The app allows users to capture notes directly on-site at the system, both in text form and with accompanying images. These notes can then be used to create tasks – for example, to document maintenance measures and mark them directly as to-dos. Tasks can be assigned responsibilities and due dates, ensuring that team or individual tracking remains possible and that relevant processes are never overlooked. Another key feature of the app is OttoBot. This digital assistant answers questions about the operation and maintenance of the systems directly within the app. Users thus gain quick access to FAQs, help documentation, and specific knowledge about their systems without having to conduct time-consuming research. The app aims to simplify daily work on the system, document information in a structured and traceable manner, and improve collaboration among all involved parties. The app is optimized for use on current tablets.
