Hänsel Processing

The Hänsel Processing App supports operators and users of Hänsel systems in their daily work and helps to centrally organize all important information about the system, its operation, and maintenance. The app makes it possible to capture notes both as text and together with images directly on-site at the system. From these notes, tasks can be created when needed—allowing maintenance actions, for example, to be documented and flagged directly as to-dos. Tasks can be assigned responsibilities and due dates so that tracking, whether by the team or individually, remains possible and relevant items are not overlooked. Another central element of the app is OttoBot. This digital assistant answers questions about the operation and maintenance of the systems directly within the app. Users thus gain quick access to FAQs, guidance, and specific knowledge about their systems without having to undertake time-consuming research. The app is optimized for use on modern tablets.
