MLS Drivers

MLS Drivers is the work app for drivers of transportation companies registered with the My Local Shuttle network. It's not a public-use app: to access it, you need the credentials provided by the transportation company you drive for. If you're not a driver for one of these companies, this app won't work for you. WHAT IT DOES • Your daily trips, organized by time, with the next trip at the top. • All the information for each trip: who you're picking up, where and at what time, flight number, meeting point, and which vehicle you're assigned. • One-tap reports: you're en route, you've arrived at the pickup location, the passenger is on board, you've dropped them off. • Direct navigation to Waze or Google Maps, without copying addresses. • Call the passenger directly from the trip details when you're at the pickup location and can't find them. • Notifications on your phone when you're assigned a trip, when the time is approaching, or when something changes. • If something goes wrong: you report an incident or a no-show, and the office is notified instantly. DESIGNED FOR ONE-HANDED USE STANDING UP Large buttons, sunlight-readable text, and everything within easy reach of your thumb. Trip progress is just a tap away, because nobody should be navigating menus with the engine running. WORKS EVEN WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS Your reports are saved with the time and appear automatically as soon as coverage is restored. You won't lose a report just because you're in a hotel basement or on the road. YOUR LOCATION, ONLY WHEN APPROPRIATE Your location is shared only while you're on an active trip, so the passenger knows where you're coming from. As soon as it ends, sharing stops. While it's active, your phone displays a constant notification, so you always know when. Outside of a trip, your location is never shared: not during breaks, not on your days off.
