About

Put one phone between two players. A big face sits in the middle of the screen, and each player has a pad at their own end. The moment the whole screen flashes, whoever taps their pad first wins the round. But the face keeps trying to trick you. Zero, one or two "fake signals" sneak in first: it pretends to flash, puffs its cheeks, gives you a sly grin. A fake only moves the face. The real signal lights up the whole screen and sounds different. Spotting the fake is the skill. Tap too soon and it's a false start: you lose that round, stars spin around your pad and the face smirks. Win two rounds out of three to win the match. A round takes just a few seconds. ■ Nothing to read When the real signal hits, the pads light up, and a finger demo shows "flash, then tap" while you're new to it. A seven-year-old can play the first round without an adult. ■ Playing alone Open it alone and a ghost hand takes the other side and reacts like a person. Now and then it falls for a fake and taps too early. The moment someone touches the top pad, the ghost disappears and that person becomes player two. ■ For parents · No ads · Nothing to buy inside the app · Sends and receives nothing over the internet. No account · No contact with strangers — no chat, no leaderboards · Not a single text field anywhere in the app · The app asks for no permissions. The sounds are made by the app itselfRead more
