About

One child hides in a picture, hands over the phone, and the other one finds them. The hider drags their character somewhere into the picture. Let go, and the character soaks up whatever is underneath and disappears. Busy, detailed places hide well; wide smooth ones give the outline away. Choosing where to put it is the whole game. The seeker only sees the picture, and has to spot one line that does not line up. Found or not, the hiding place is always revealed. There is no losing screen. ■ Nothing to read A short finger demo teaches the rules. A seven-year-old finishes the first round without an adult. ■ Thirty seconds a round Hide, hand over, seek, reveal. One round fits in a car ride or a restaurant queue. ■ Playable alone No one to play with? The app hides instead. ■ For parents · No ads · Nothing to buy inside the app · Sends and receives nothing over the internet. No account · No contact with strangers — no chat, no leaderboards · Not a single text field anywhere in the app · No camera, no microphone. We do not even ask for those permissionsRead more
