Heart Awakening – Space for You. Shape your life consciously, freely, and autonomously. Doris Meier's app combines personal development, spiritual self-exploration, and learning. It accompanies you on your journey back to yourself – to the connection with your heart, your soul, and your potential. You can remember once again: Everything is already within you. Heart Awakening focuses on: • Heart space, soul connection, and your own creative power • Recognizing your potential and expressing it in your own life • Realigning yourself with mindfulness and self-love, choosing consciously, and acting autonomously • The nervous system and trauma-sensitive support • Prenatal imprints and early life experiences • Ancestral field work and the transgenerational transmission of experiences and trauma. In the app, you'll find free introductory content, information on further offerings, and access to the content of your booked courses and training programs.
