Peek in during a break, and new spirits have arrived. ◆ Spirits from real Japanese folklore Chochin-obake, Kappa, Zashiki-warashi, the nine-tailed fox... Yokai painted and passed down since the Edo period, reimagined in a soft, gentle watercolor style. Each encyclopedia entry includes the spirit's old legend. ◆ Watch them live in your night town The spirits you gather stroll the streets, float in the air, or flicker in and out of sight.
