Glow Method Studios is Evi Timmermans' one-to-one online coaching, and this app is where every Glow client follows the plan Evi builds for them. Glow Method is application only. Evi takes on a small number of clients and writes each plan around that person's goals, schedule and the way they actually live, rather than handing out a generic program or a restrictive diet. Open the app and today is laid out: the session Evi set for the day, the meals and targets for the day, and the small daily habits that keep things moving. Tick them off as they happen and Evi sees the same picture. Training shows every exercise, set and target, with what was lifted last time alongside, so each session builds on the one before. Nutrition holds a meal plan and daily targets that fit real life and change as progress does. A quick daily check-in records how the day went. Once a week the full check-in goes to Evi with body weight, measurements and photos, and Evi replies personally with what changes next. In between, the message thread goes straight to Evi.
