The coach builds the week, the client trains and logs it, and both sides stay in sync without spreadsheets or endless message threads. FOR COACHES - Build weekly plans exercise by exercise: sets, reps, target weight, rest. - Save any week as a template and apply it to another client in two taps. - See every logged session: what was lifted, what was missed, personal bests. - Leave comments on a workout or a single exercise - your client sees them right where they train. - Message any client in-app; you get a notification when they reply. - Meal plans, hydration targets and weight tracking alongside the training.
