About

Plateside is a strength log that writes your workouts for you. Pick 5/3/1 or linear progression, enter one recent set per lift, and every session from then on is laid out: warm-ups, working sets, the last set you take for as many reps as you can, the deload week, and the training max bump after each cycle. Log from your Apple Watch. The watch shows the next set, the crown sets your reps, and Done starts the rest timer. Your iPhone keeps everything in step. What you get, free: - 5/3/1 with 90 percent training maxes and four-week waves - Linear 5x5, alternating A and B, weight goes up when you finish every rep - Plate math for each side of the bar, in pounds or kilos - Rest timer with a buzz, 1:30 to 5:00 or off - Estimated one-rep max for every lift and a PR mark when you beat it - Add any lift to any workout, or log a free workout with no program - Full history of every set Plateside Pro is one purchase, not a subscription: progress charts for every lift and CSV export of your whole history. Buy it once and it stays yours on every iPhone signed into your Apple account. No account. No ads. Your workouts never leave your phone and your watch. The app sends only anonymous usage counts that cannot identify you.Read more
