About

Deadpoint builds you a real, periodised finger-strength and pulling-power training plan — not a generic workout list. Answer a short quiz (what you climb, your grade, your equipment, any weaknesses or injury history, how many days a week you can train) and Deadpoint hands you a structured program: a Strength Base phase, a Power phase converting that strength into speed, and a Performance phase to hold it while you climb. WHAT'S INSIDE • Max hang and repeater sessions on a hangboard — or weighted pickups on your own edge if that's what you've got • Pull and power sessions with antagonist work built in, not bolted on • Log the weight you lift on every exercise and see your progress over time • Deload weeks and return-from-a-break tapering handled for you • Injury-history flags that add real caution notes and prevention exercises, not just a disclaimer • A trip-date taper if you're training toward something specific WHO IT'S FOR Deadpoint is built for climbers who already climb regularly and are ready for structured strength work on top of that — roughly V3 and up, or French 6a and up. If you're brand new to climbing, the honest advice is to go climb a lot first; this app will still be here when you're ready for it. Deadpoint doesn't teach you exercise technique from scratch — you should already know how to hang and load safely, or learn that from a coach or trusted source first. What Deadpoint handles is the programming: what to do, how much, and when to progress. Continue with a simple monthly or annual subscription. Cancel any time. • New: Flappy Bird on the force gauge. Connect your gauge, tap Play, and pull to climb — ease off to drop. Beat your best score, saved to your account. • Got a friend's referral code? You can now enter it at the end of setup, or any time from Settings. • Fixed a stray line that could streak across the live force graph.
