GroundCheck

GroundCheck is an offline-first inspection app built for construction teams who can't wait for signal to get compliance work done. Capture site safety inspections and UK EPC assessments from the same device — no laptop, no separate tools, no re-entry. Issues route through approval chains to the right person automatically, so your whole team works from the same records instead of chasing spreadsheets. WHAT'S INCLUDED • On-device AI hazard detection — flags PPE and safety violations from your camera, no internet required • CDM 2015 site safety checks • COSHH 2002 hazardous substances inspections • Work at Height Regulations 2005 checks • PUWER 1998 / LOLER 1998 plant & equipment inspections • RdSAP-compliant EPC export, ready for lodgement • Corrective action tracking and multi-tier approval workflows • Multi-site dashboard for teams working across locations • Full offline capture — inspect anywhere, sync when you're back online WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most inspection apps assume constant connectivity and charge per user. GroundCheck works with zero signal and prices flat per organisation, not per seat — so adding your whole crew doesn't cost more. Built on a flexible template engine, so new regulatory forms get added as configuration, not a rebuild. PRICING Free to download and use — unlimited users, multiple sites, and a real monthly allowance of AI hazard detections at no cost. Upgrade to Pro or Team for unlimited AI detections, the full template library, and priority sync/support. Built for UK and US construction and safety teams who need paperwork that's right the first time, because re-visits cost money.
