Morning, bench powered up: the transmitter that came in overnight goes on the run sheet. You enter the device and reference identities plus the setpoints from the work order, and Sensorcal builds the ordered plan - as-found then as-left, ascending and descending, every repeat in sequence. Guided capture shows exactly which point is next; each pair of readings you key in lands in an append-only ledger with error and correction computed on the spot. A bad reading is never erased - you invalidate it with a written reason and it stays visible. Midday, the as-found pass is finished and the analysis answers the real question: the error profile is drawn against the reference, each phase gets a least-squares fit with residual sigma and parameter covariance, matched ascending/descending setpoints report hysteresis, and repeats report sample standard deviation. The uncertainty worksheet shows every contribution as a visible formula - magnitude, divisor, sensitivity - combines them, applies your coverage factor, and holds the worst-case error of the phase against the tolerance you entered under a guard-band rule. Before you leave, the whole case exports as a deterministic JSON or CSV run packet saved as a local file: identities, procedure revision, ledger, fits, budget, decision states.
