Priv8RSS Reader

Priv8RSS Reader is a private news reader for iPhone and iPad. Follow the sites you choose, read them in a clean, native reader, and let on-device AI sort, summarize and brief you, without an account, without ads, and without anyone watching what you read. 14-DAY FREE TRIAL Try everything free for 14 days, then unlock once or subscribe yearly. Your feeds and saved articles stay yours. Export them any time, free. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Nothing you read is sent to us. There is no "us" to send it to. • Your feeds, filters and settings stay on your device, synced only through your own private iCloud. • Articles open in the app's own reader, not a web page, so no website scripts run while you read. • The AI runs on your iPhone or iPad. Your articles and questions never leave it for AI. AI THAT WORKS FOR YOU, ON YOUR DEVICE • Smart Feed sorts your favorite feeds into newspaper-style sections: World, Technology, Science, Health and more. On-device AI files the stories simple rules can't place. • Summaries: read any article as Quick, Key Points or Deep. • Daily Briefing: a short digest of what matters in your feeds, on the schedule you pick. Read it or listen to it. • Ask the Reporter: ask a question and get an answer drawn from your own articles, with its sources. • Watch Dog: tell it what to watch for, and it flags matching stories as they arrive. LISTEN AND READ YOUR WAY • Read Aloud: articles, summaries and briefings read out loud, with each word highlighted as it is spoken. Queue several stories and control playback from the Lock Screen. • Focus Reading: one word at a time, at your own pace or following the voice. Calmer on tired eyes, and built with dyslexic readers in mind. • Adjustable text size, and the app picks up where you left off, even after iOS closes it. KEEP YOUR FEEDS CLEAN • Blocked keywords hide the stories you don't want. Hidden stories are kept in a Filtered list, never deleted, so you can always check what was hidden. • Duplicate-story detection: when several feeds carry the same story, you see it once. • Feed health: the app notices feeds that stop working, tells you why in plain words, and offers to clean them up. EVERYTHING A FEED READER SHOULD DO • RSS, Atom and JSON Feed, with automatic feed discovery from a website address. • Over 650 hand-picked suggested feeds across 51 topics, or find new feeds by topic. • Groups, favorite feeds, saved articles, and read and unread views. • OPML import and export, plus full Backup & Restore of your setup. • Feeds that need a login, with your password kept in your iCloud Keychain. • Background refresh, notifications for your briefings and watches, Siri and Shortcuts, and Spotlight search. REQUIREMENTS Priv8RSS Reader runs on iOS and iPadOS 26 or later. Summaries, Daily Briefing, Ask the Reporter, Watch Dog and AI sorting need a device with Apple Intelligence turned on: iPhone 15 Pro or later, an iPad with M1 or later, or iPad mini with A17 Pro. Everything else works on any supported device. PURCHASE DETAILS • Priv8RSS Reader — Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
