KOCHAT is a messaging app for employees of organizations that contract directly with KOMORI. Your organization provides your account and manages access. Sign in to your existing organization workspace. • Direct and group chats with replies, reactions, mentions and read receipts • Organization directory and team groups • Photos, files, voice messages, GIFs and stickers • Contacts by ID, QR code or invitation link, subject to organization access • Push notifications, blocking and reporting tools • Website customer messages and an AI assistant when included in your organization’s service • English, Japanese and Portuguese The iOS app does not offer account registration, plan selection or purchases. Individual and family workspaces do not have access through this app. Delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete account; an organization owner with active members must first transfer or remove those members. Clearer website and portal conversations: every message from a client or supplier shows who is speaking (company · person, e.g. "太田商事 · 柴田様") and the conversation header says who you are talking to. Internal group notes ("Portal group", "left the conversation") become a grey line with a lock — "Internal note — team only" — and the automatic reply the client received is labelled "Automatic message sent to the client".
