About
Kenten records an inspection where the inspection happens. It replaces the clipboard, the camera and the typing-up afterwards with one flow. ■ Works with no signal Basements, the back of a warehouse, a site off the road. Where there is no connection, answers and photos are kept on the device. When the signal returns they upload by themselves — and the number of items still waiting is always visible at the top of the screen. If something could not be sent, the app says why. ■ The photo is the record Uses the phone's own camera and photo picker, with cropping so you show only what matters. Up to 20 photos per inspection, each tied to its record. ■ Your own templates Inspection templates for equipment, machinery, construction, services, vehicles and people/safety, written for Japanese practice. OK / attention / not OK / not applicable, measurements with units, findings and corrective action. Administrators adapt the questions for the company on the web. ■ From record to report Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly totals, A4 PDF and CSV. The document is produced by the server — the same one the web uses — so what comes off a phone matches what comes off a desk. ■ Built for a team Team records and personal records stay separate, and what each person can do follows their role. The registry shows the visit history of every item you inspect. ■ Before you download A Kenten account is required (a free plan exists). The app does not create new accounts — sign up on the website. Templates are practical references, not legal inspection certificates.Read more
