KOCHAT is a business messenger (SaaS) for companies of any size. Any company can sign up, create its own workspace and invite its team — right from the app. Each company gets its own isolated workspace: only people from your company appear in the directory, and conversations stay inside the company. • 1:1 and group chats with @mentions, replies, reactions and read receipts • Photos, files, audio and voice messages; GIFs and stickers • Company directory and groups by team, department or project • Personal contacts outside your company by ID, QR code or invite link — with request and approval • Block and report: report any message or person; reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours • Company administration: invite people, activate and deactivate access, multiple administrators • Website chat (omnichannel): visitors to your company's website reach your team in the Clients tab • KOCHAT AI: an assistant to summarize, translate and draft, and an AI agent that answers website visitors until someone from the team takes over • Works offline and sends when you are back online; push notifications • English, Japanese and Portuguese Plans for companies: Free, Standard and Advanced. Free has no time limit. Standard and Advanced add more storage, calls, guests, administration and — on Advanced — website chat and AI. Plans are managed by each company's administrator.
