Ovulation is estimated 13 days before your expected period, and the fertile window is the six days leading up to it. The method is fully explained in the app. Important Cycle is not a method of contraception. The information on fertile days is based on estimates from your calendar entries and is not suitable for preventing or intentionally inducing pregnancy.
