COUNTER • Receives clothing with a catalog of garments including photos, services, and prices per item. • Tag number for each garment, optional notes and photos upon receipt. • Payment options: cash, card, or bank transfer, or leave payment pending. • Printed or PDF receipt to send via WhatsApp. • Frequent customer discounts that are automatically applied. PLANT • The workflow displays each ticket according to the deadline for completing the garment. • Notes for each station and the option to return a garment to the receiving staff. • The retouching department scans the QR code on the tag to seal the package. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE • The driver sees their route organized by proximity. • Receives clothing, registers customers, and processes payments just like at the counter. • Confirm each delivery instantly. PENDING ITEMS AND NOTIFICATIONS • Pending items are sorted by delivery date, with a search function by reference number, customer, or garment. • Notifications when a ticket is due today and is not ready, is delayed, or is urgent. Shift end and daily payments. The app works even if the internet goes down: captured data is saved to the phone and uploaded automatically as soon as the connection is restored.
