Househand - Home Maintenance

Househand keeps track of the jobs a house needs, tells you when each one is due, and celebrates you when it's done. Change the HVAC filter, test the smoke alarms, flush the water heater, clean the gutters, service the AC before summer. Tick a job off when you do it, and Househand works out when it is due again. WHAT YOU GET • 33 common home maintenance jobs, each with how to do it and why it matters • Recommended intervals, each with the safety body, trade group or manufacturer behind it • Change any interval, or add your own jobs • Overdue, due soon and coming up, in one list • Seasonal jobs in the right month: the AC in spring, the furnace in fall • A history of every date you did each job, with optional photos • Log what a job cost and add a note • Export your history and costs as CSV, Excel or PDF, for taxes or when you sell • One reminder on the morning a job falls due, if you want it YOURS, ON EVERY DEVICE Sign-in is optional: everything works on your phone without it. Sign in with Google if you want your house on your phone, tablet and the Househand web app too. Photos stay on the device that took them. PRINTABLE CHECKLIST The same schedule is on the Househand website as a free printable checklist, by month and by season. Househand gives general guidance. Your manufacturer's instructions come first.
