"Innovation" is a mobile intercom for residents of connected residential complexes. The app helps you answer intercom calls, see visitors, open doors and gates, and view the activity history. INTERCOM CALLS Receive incoming audio and video calls on your smartphone. During a call, you can see the visitor and open the door without leaving the call screen. CAMERA AND UNLOCKING View a live feed from the camera of an accessible entry point before opening. Open the entrance doors and gates of the residential complex with a dedicated button directly in the app. MULTIPLE APARTMENTS All apartments linked to your account are listed on the "My Properties" screen. Switch between them and view available doors and gates for each address. ACTIVITY HISTORY Check incoming, received, and missed calls, door and gate opening attempts, and camera viewing sessions. SECURE LOGIN Authorization is performed using a phone number and confirmation by phone call. Accessible objects are linked to your account and determined by the building's system. If the network is temporarily down, the most recently downloaded data remains available for viewing, but opening commands and the camera are disabled. Important: The app only works in residential complexes connected to the Innovation platform. The management company creates the account; self-registration is not possible. The available features depend on the equipment and settings of your building.
