Smart Home Automotive

Smart Home Automotive brings your Homey Pro smart home to your car's built-in screen. Control your lights, locks, blinds, climate, media and Homey flows without reaching for your phone, with quick, glanceable controls designed for the road. Built specifically for Android Automotive OS, the app follows the car's safety rules. While driving you get status at a glance plus one tap actions (on and off, scenes and flows), and detailed settings unlock when you are parked. KEY FEATURES • Your smart home in the car. Browse your Homey Pro devices and flows and control them straight from the dashboard. • Works with virtually any device. Beyond lights, locks, blinds, climate and media, you can also control garage doors, fans, modes and more, whatever your Homey exposes. • Live sensor readings. Add temperature, humidity, power and other sensors to your dashboard and watch their values update while you view them. • One tap on the move. See device status and toggle on or off, or start a scene or flow, with a single tap. • Favorites front and center. Build a personal Start dashboard with color coded tiles for the devices and flows you use most. • Automatic flows (optional). Choose a flow to run automatically when you arrive home or leave, at a radius you set. Runs while the app is open. Off by default. • Homecoming mode (optional). As you approach home, your chosen devices are one tap away. Location is read on the device only, in the foreground, and never leaves the car. Off by default. • Secure sign in. Log in with your Homey account using a QR code and your phone. No passwords are ever typed into the car, and access tokens are stored encrypted on the device. • Locks with confirmation. Unlock doors from the car, with a confirmation tap to prevent accidental presses. • Seven languages. Swedish, English, German, French, Spanish, Norwegian and Danish, following your car's language automatically. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your smart home data is exchanged directly between the app and your own Homey Pro. It does not pass through our servers. There are no ads and no third party analytics. Location, if you enable Homecoming or automatic flows, is processed only on the device and never shared. REQUIREMENTS • A Homey Pro. • A car running Android Automotive OS with Google built-in.
