The video your trainer recorded shows the correct execution, repetition by repetition, so you have no doubts. HOW IT WORKS • Today's workout: the app shows you what to do for the day, or notifies you that today is a rest day. • Complete week: see the workout for each day of the week. • Video of each exercise: the demonstration recorded by your trainer. • Track sets: once a set is finished, one tap. The rest time starts automatically. • Progress: days trained, sequence, and level.
