FE360 — FaciLar Eletro

FE360 is the sales app for salespeople at Faci Lar Eletro stores. It brings the counter to your mobile phone: the salesperson finds the customer, checks the products and store inventory, assembles the cart, chooses the payment method, and saves the order directly in the store's system. MAIN FEATURES • Customer: search by name or CPF (Brazilian tax ID), view registration data, and register a new customer with address, mobile phone confirmation via code, and photos of documents. • Products: search by name or code, photos, price, and stock balance in the store. • Cart: adjust quantities and the pickup or delivery location for each item. • Payment: payment methods and installment options offered by the store, with the value of each installment before closing. • Confirmation: the order is saved in the store's system, and the receipt can be printed or shared. • History: view orders placed and track approvals. • Goals: track daily and monthly goals. • Notifications: Receive commercial approval responses on your device. HOW IT WORKS Log in with your store system username and password, select the customer, add products, check your cart, choose the payment method, and confirm. IMPORTANT This application is for internal use by Faci Lar Eletro employees. To access it, you need an active salesperson user account provided by the store.
