ClickRH

ClickRH is the app for employees, leaders, and managers of companies that use the ClickRH human resources management system. Everything your company's HR department asks of you is in one place, right in the palm of your hand. FOR THE EMPLOYEE • Start with what to do now: pending training, document to acknowledge, and open survey. • Training: watch classes, take tests, and download certificates. • Documents: consult your Digital Folder and acknowledge evaluations, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and warnings. • Climate surveys: answer via your mobile phone. In anonymous surveys, the response is not linked to you. • Behavioral profile: take the tests with the saved draft and see the results. • Evaluations, feedback, IDP, and onboarding: track your professional life at the company. • Career: view internal job openings and your career plan. • Notifications: receive alerts about your pending tasks directly on your mobile phone. FOR LEADERS AND MANAGERS • Team: contacts, profile, and timeline of those you lead. • Experience evaluation (30, 60, and 90 days) answered in stages. • Feedback recorded immediately after the conversation. • Team pending tasks radar, with a "Follow Up" button. • Warning with photo evidence and immediate acknowledgment (manager). • Job applicants, waiting list, and onboarding of newcomers. SECURITY Log in with your CPF (Brazilian tax ID) or email and the password created by HR. Optional unlocking via Face ID or fingerprint. Each person only sees what their role and store allow. IMPORTANT This is a complementary application. To use it, your company needs to be a ClickRH client and register you. There is no registration through the application. Developed by JZ Tech Sistemas.
