MintFolder Scan is the companion app for companies using MintFolder as a digital document archive. Employees photograph receipts, delivery notes, and other paper documents directly on-site – the documents arrive securely and in compliance with German accounting principles (GoBD) in the company's inbox. HOW IT WORKS • Connect via a company invitation (QR code or invitation code) or log in directly • Photograph the document – automatic recognition, cropping, and quality check • Send and continue working: The transfer runs in the background, and the status is always visible under "Sends" • Feedback from the review process (approved, rejected, new scan requested) appears directly in the app SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION • Encrypted transmission to your own company – and only there • No access to accounting, bank data, or other company documents • Each shipment carries a unique sender ID ("Sent by") • Optional app lock via Face ID / fingerprint WHO IS IT FOR?
