Leaf Spring Deflection Tool is a workshop console for semi-elliptic leaf springs. Open it and the live pack is already on the bench: deflection, bending stress, safety factor, residual camber, and a pack index, with a stress-use ring and a load–deflection curve in view before you touch an input. It is meant for suspension engineers, spring shops, chassis fabricators, and anyone who has to judge a leaf pack before it is cut or released. Span, U-bolt seat, leaf stack, steel grade, and the load on one spring sit in grouped sections. Analyze files a run, Save keeps a snapshot, Export writes a report, and Compare puts packs side by side — from history or from a stack you type yourself. Stack is the pack studio: each leaf has a length and a thickness, the side view and the plan update together, and a rate target scales thickness by the cube, the way the section actually behaves. Rate Bench, Stress Probe, Hop Frequency, and Arch & Shackle answer the four questions that usually follow a drawing. The notes cover the same model the bench is running.Read more
