About
A little room to begin. Transcend is a quiet focus practice for your iPhone, with warm paper, illustrated scenery, and space for one small next step. BEGIN YOUR WAY Choose a ready-to-go practice without typing, or write what you want to work on. Set aside 1–180 minutes, hide the clock, and settle into your session. Pause when you need to, finish early, or choose to add five more minutes. NOTICE, THEN RETURN Park a passing thought for later without leaving your session. An optional distraction check-in records a moment of noticing; it does not reset your timer or measure your attention. LOOK BACK GENTLY Save a session with or without answering the reflection questions. Browse your history and calendar, see your longest saved session each day, and keep time set aside separate from any claim of uninterrupted attention. MAKE IT YOURS Edit your practices, choose moving or still scenery, and optionally enable gentle reminders, completion alerts, sound, and haptics. Notifications require permission and follow your iPhone’s settings. KEEP YOUR WORDS CLOSE No account, ads, subscription, analytics service, or app-managed cloud sync. Your sessions, thoughts, and reflections are stored locally. Export JSON or CSV through the share sheet, and clear local data when you choose. Device backups and previously shared exports may retain copies. Transcend does not block other apps or switch on Do Not Disturb. It is a practice tool, not a medical treatment or a test of your attention.Read more
