About

Quarte Tempo connects fencing practice with bout review, giving athletes and coaches a workspace for the decisions that shape a performance. Prepare a session, record what happens on the piste and return to the moments that deserve another look. Before the first salute, build a plan around a clear objective. Arrange warm-up, blade work, distance games, sparring and recovery into timed stages. Select drills, assign a training partner and check equipment. Keep coaching cues beside the session so the intended focus stays visible. On the piste, tag attacks, parries, ripostes and counters as you observe them. Add notes to preserve the context behind an exchange: the preparation, the distance, the invitation or the missed opportunity. After the bout, revisit video alongside a timeline of marked moments. Organize observations with tags, compare sections of the encounter and keep coaching feedback with the athlete’s own reflections. Export a report or share a clip when a particular passage needs discussion. Across your recorded bouts and sessions, explore win rate, attack conversion, parry success and touch differential. Review training load, opponent matchups and progress over different periods to decide where your next session should concentrate. A result closes the bout. A useful observation gives the next practice somewhere to begin.Read more
