Saniyh Spaces

Saniyh Spaces connects you with a verified interior designer in Saudi Arabia who designs your actual home (your apartment, villa or majlis) and stays with you until it is furnished. How it works: • Describe your space: property type, city and area, the rooms you want designed, and the style and colors you like. • Photograph the place with your phone camera, or attach its plan and photos from your album, so the designer understands your space before making an offer. • See a cost estimate before you send your request. • We pick suitable designers for you and they send their offers. Compare price, duration and number of revisions, and choose what suits you. • Sign a contract that sets out what the work includes and the payment stages. • Pay each stage on Alinma Bank's secure payment page, then you return to the app automatically. Your payment is held by the platform and is released to the designer only after you approve the stage. • You receive a tax invoice for each payment, and you can open the plans and photos attached to your request and save or share them from your phone's share menu. Services: • Full interior design of the property. • Design of one or more rooms: bedroom, majlis, kitchen. • Decor and styling: colors, furniture and accessories, with no construction work. • Furnishing: we choose the furniture and prepare the property within your budget. • A 30, 60 or 90-minute consultation with a designer, online or with a site visit. For designers: receive requests that match your specialty, send your offers, and follow your earnings in the wallet. Joining Saniyh Spaces is currently by invitation.
