Fristo is the app for Fristo CAFM, the facility management software. For caretakers and technicians: what's due today is in your pocket – even in a basement without a signal. WHAT'S DUE TODAY • Your work orders by deadline: today, this week, overdue, all open • Overdue in red, the running job on top • Notifications only for assignments, questions and today's deadlines – silent from 8 pm to 7 am GET THE JOB DONE • The work clock runs in the app, not in your head – even while the phone is locked • Tick off the checklist and enter readings; open mandatory items hold back "Report as done" • Photos, material and notes right on the work order • "Waiting for material" or a question to dispatch • Report as done in seconds: the time comes from the clock, the report by dictation if you like LOCK SCREEN, DYNAMIC ISLAND, WIDGETS • Your running working time on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island – pause and resume without opening the app • Widgets for your next work order and the overdue ones SCAN AN ASSET • Scan the QR sticker on an asset, room or building – existing stickers keep working • Inspection duties, open work orders and documents such as test reports and manuals at a glance • No camera or no signal: type the asset number REPORT A FAULT • A photo is enough, text is optional • The location comes from the scan • The report goes to dispatch WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Everything you need for your own work orders is on the phone: buildings, assets, work orders and documents. Input made offline stays on the device and is sent once you're back online – each exactly once. SIGN IN WITHOUT A PASSWORD Scan the QR code from your Fristo account in the browser – done. Or request a code by email. Face ID or your device passcode can protect the app. When you sign out, no company data stays on the phone. WHO IT'S FOR Fristo is for companies that use Fristo CAFM. Accounts are created by your company's administrator in the browser; the app cannot open accounts and offers no purchases. To try it, tap "View demo" on the first screen – with fictitious sample data, no sign-in needed. The app is available in ten languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Vietnamese. It follows the language of your account.
