About
A work task, a study session, a food shop, time for yourself. Calmframe brings the different parts of your day into one visual plan, so you can see what comes next and where there is room to breathe. SEE YOUR DAY AND WEEK Give tasks a date, start time and duration. Follow them on your daily timeline, then open the week view to see how your plans fit together. Plan time for work, errands and the things you enjoy. CAPTURE NOW, PLAN LATER Not everything needs a time straight away. Keep ideas and unscheduled tasks in your inbox, then move them to the timeline when you are ready. A book to find or a call to make can wait there until it has a place in your day. MAKE BIG TASKS MORE MANAGEABLE Turn a weekend trip, a piece of coursework or a busy afternoon into smaller steps. Add subtasks and notes, keep the details together, and tick off each step as you go. MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR ROUTINES Set tasks to repeat for the things you return to: a morning walk, a weekly shop or reading before bed. Choose the pattern that fits your own routine. FOCUS ON ONE THING Start a focus session from a scheduled task and follow its countdown. Give that part of your day your attention, one task at a time. MAKE YOUR PLAN YOUR OWN Use colours and icons to recognise different activities at a glance. Keep your work, study and personal plans easy to tell apart. START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Use local planning on your device without signing in. Export a backup from Settings to keep your own copy of your tasks and notes. Calmframe supports English, Malay, Greek, Hungarian, Slovak, Indonesian, Bulgarian, Slovenian and Serbian in both Cyrillic and Latin scripts.Read more
