Customer Fund Security PT First State Futures uses a Segregated Account mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations for managing client funds. Clients are required to ensure that deposits are made only through official accounts designated by PT First State Futures. A Segregated Account does not mean that trading transactions are free from the risk of loss. Customer Information Security PT First State Futures prioritizes the security and confidentiality of client information in providing digital services. As part of its commitment to information security management, PT First State Futures has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS).
