SpotReport - Job Photo Reports

Send a photo report before you leave the site. No more pasting photos into a document back at the office. SpotReport is a report builder for solo tradespeople and small contractors who send completion reports with photos: air-conditioner and house cleaning, move-out restoration, renovation, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. ■ Shoot, fill in, send Create a job, then tap a photo frame such as "Before" or "After" to take the picture. It lands in the right place in your report instantly, so there is nothing to sort later. Ready-made phrases finish the write-up. Preview the PDF and send it with Mail, Messages, or any app you like. ■ Five built-in templates Work completion, before and after, inspection, defect report, and photo log. Pages are added automatically as your photos grow. ■ Use your own form (Pro) Import a PDF of your own form, or scan a paper form with the camera, and use it as a background template. Your photo frames and fields sit right on the layout your customers already know. ■ Works fully offline Creating jobs, taking photos, and building the PDF all work with no signal. ■ No login. Your data stays on your device There is no account to create. Every job, photo, and report is stored on your device and nothing is uploaded to a server. No ads and no tracking. ■ Made for you if - Writing reports after each job eats your evenings - You want to show customers a clear before and after - A client or property manager requires a specific form - Sorting and placing photos is a chore ■ Free plan and Pro The free plan lets you create up to 3 reports a month, with a small credit on each PDF. Pro removes the limit and the credit, and adds PDF background templates, your company logo, and photo ZIP export. Pro is available as a monthly plan, a yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase. See the app for pricing. Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store account settings. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks the current Pro features.
