Orbit: Tasks, Alarms & Vault

Orbit runs your day. It rings a real alarm before your calls and meetings, keeps your tasks and deadlines, holds a private encrypted vault for your documents, and gives you a quiet place to capture anything the moment it lands. Everything works signed out and offline. Sign in only if you want your day synced across your devices, and even then your content is encrypted on the device first. REAL ALARMS, NOT JUST NOTIFICATIONS Orbit schedules a real alarm a few minutes before a call or a meeting, so it rings through Silent mode and Focus. Connect your calendar and Orbit adds an alarm before each meeting on its own, with a Join button for the video link. Set the lead time per meeting or as a rule, and see every alarm Orbit owns in one place. DEADLINES THAT ACTUALLY LAND Type in plain words. "Submit timesheet every Friday 5:30 PM" becomes a repeating task with an alarm 30 minutes before it is due. "Call Rahul at 3pm" becomes a call with an alarm 5 minutes before. Orbit reads the date, repeat, reminder, priority, list and tags as you type. Defer with one tap, undo a completion, and reuse templates for the routines you run every week. A WEEKLY TIMESHEET THAT DRAFTS ITSELF Create a project per client, tag your focus sessions and meetings to it, and Orbit builds the weekly grid for you with per-day, per-project and per-client totals. Export to CSV or copy a clean summary when it is time to send. A PRIVATE CHAT WITH YOURSELF Message yourself a note, photo, video, voice memo, link or checklist and find it later in seconds. Voice notes are transcribed on the device. Search runs across your text, your voice transcripts and the text inside your images. Turn any message into a task, reminder, call, event, habit or vault document with one tap. AN ENCRYPTED VAULT YOU CAN SEARCH Scan passports, IDs, receipts and letters with the document camera, or import from Photos and Files. Orbit reads the text on the device and makes every document searchable by what is written inside it. The vault locks with Face ID and tracks what is expiring soon. A preview opens a temporary decrypted copy that is wiped as soon as you close it. HABITS AND FOCUS Build habits with tap-to-increment rings, streaks and a twelve-week heatmap. Run a focus timer with a live countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and see your time add up by day and week. BUILT FOR iPHONE AND iPAD A fast Today screen with a live countdown to what is next. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with interactive checkboxes. Control Center controls for Quick Add, Scan, Next Meeting, Timesheet, Quick Note and Focus. Siri and Shortcuts for adding a task, noting to self, starting focus and asking for your next meeting. A Save to Orbit share sheet to send anything from another app into Chat, Tasks or the Vault. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Orbit works fully without an account. When you turn on sync, every piece of your content is end-to-end encrypted on the device before it leaves, so the server only ever holds data it cannot read. Your encryption key never goes to the server. An optional recovery passphrase lets a new device restore it. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Apple Intelligence features run on the device. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app at any time. Sign in with Apple, Google, email or phone. Calendar access is read-only.
