Keyfolio - Move in & Move out

When you move out, someone will look at the scratch on the desk and ask whether it was there when you arrived. KeyFolio lets you show that it was. When you arrive, walk through the room and add what you see. Take photos and short videos, record a voice note, and write down anything that's already worn, stained or broken. Add the meter readings and count the keys. Everything is saved with the date, and with your approximate location if you allow it. When you move out, do the same walk again. KeyFolio puts your arrival and departure photos side by side so you can see what changed and what didn't. Then make a PDF report and send it to your landlord, host or dorm office from your phone, by email, WhatsApp or anything else you use. You can add videos as separate files and hide details you'd rather not share. KeyFolio works offline. There's no account and no cloud. Your photos and notes stay on your phone until you choose to share them, and you can back everything up to a file whenever you like. It works for dorm rooms, shared apartments, student housing, hostels and short stays, whether or not you have a formal lease. KeyFolio doesn't judge damage or decide who pays, and times come from your phone's clock. The report is your own dated record, not a legal document.
