About

Most habit apps turn one missed day into a broken streak. chek doesn't keep score. Mark what you did, see what you've built up, and get on with your day. chek stays simple on purpose: add a habit, tap it done, and watch the pattern build in a calendar and a heatmap. That's the whole app. TODAY — One tap marks a habit done, a second tap clears it — Add a value when it matters: minutes meditated, pages read — Skip a day without it counting against you — Mark yesterday from the same screen if you forgot HISTORY — A month calendar that fills in as your days do — A heatmap for every habit, side by side, so you can compare them — Totals for the week, the month or the year REMINDERS — A quiet nudge at the time you choose, only on days the habit is scheduled — Already logged it? The reminder stays silent — Several habits at the same time arrive as one notification PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Everything stays on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in and no ads. Export a backup file whenever you like and import it on a new phone. Settings covers the basics: week start, backup, reminders, and a different app icon if you want one. chek PRO A one-time purchase, not a subscription. Free includes logging, skips, history, reminders and backup for up to five habits. Pro removes the limit and includes every Pro feature added later. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://apps.tmkm.dev/chek/privacy For anyone who wants a simple way to keep a few habits going.Read more

A reminder now opens Today, so you can mark the habit as soon as the nudge arrives. The day title stays put when you switch days. Weekly habits say when the week's plan is done. Heatmap cells are easier to tap. Pro prices load when you open the paywall. If a purchase didn't unlock, Restore is the next step.
