BlackBox helps you keep the details: a private timeline of where your iPhone was recorded, what happened, and the notes, photos and files you choose to preserve. With your permission, location recording continues in the background so you can return to a recorded time instead of relying on memory alone. Whether an important incident, a trip, a workday or an ordinary moment, keep your own record close. Review it on your iPhone. Share an export when you decide. Your record belongs to you. YOUR DAY, SAVED ON YOUR IPHONE • Location history, arrivals and departures reported by iOS • Find recorded positions at a selected time or time range, with their reported accuracy • Mark an incident to protect surrounding records and request a location snapshot • Add notes, selected photo/file attachments and audio recordings you explicitly start • Optional rear-camera check-ins after unlocking BlackBox with biometrics, with confirmation before each capture • Open photo cards later, or delete the image with a dated deletion notice • Device authentication to protect access, retention controls and optional encrypted export backups TAKE YOUR RECORD WITH YOU Create a report on your iPhone with PDF, CSV and JSON records, recorded coordinates, map links, original included photos/audio/files, and an item inventory that identifies missing, deleted or unavailable files. Hash-chained records, daily seals and available signatures help detect later changes. Exports explain their scope and verification limits. PRIVATE APP ACTIVITY Choose apps through Apple's Screen Time permission and app picker. View private hourly usage in Settings for personal device-usage management. App Activity remains separate from the evidence timeline and is excluded from evidence exports. It does not provide exact app opening and closing times. TRY RECORDING FOR 24 HOURS The free preview starts only when you select Start. It ends without a charge. A separate, explicit Apple purchase starts the monthly subscription and payment immediately, including during the preview. The subscription renews monthly until canceled through Apple; Apple shows the price before purchase. Saved records remain available to view, export and delete after expiry. App Activity stays free. Restore and manage purchases in Settings → Membership. YOU CONTROL THE RECORD No BlackBox account, advertising or developer-operated timeline server. App-level iCloud sync and Health/Motion & Fitness collection are disabled in this release. Apple supplies map services, integrity checks and purchases. Apple sends limited subscription billing records to RevenueCat; timeline, photos, coordinates and Screen Time are not sent there. Optional address and independent timestamp requests are explained in the privacy policy. Recording depends on permissions, battery, background execution and reported location accuracy. Records describe device observations and user-provided context; they do not guarantee identity, completeness, an alibi or legal admissibility.
