About
When you find something you want, don't buy it right away. Put it here. After a while, Honmei asks you: "Still want it?" Still want it. Not sure yet. Pass on it. Just pick one of three. What you still wanted after time passed. That is your Honmei. ■ Not an app to stop you from buying If you need it, buy it. Honmei is just a tool for that. It won't push you to hold back, and it won't blame you for what you spent. What you bought and what you passed on are recorded the same way. Both are decisions you made yourself. ■ What you can do ・Keep items with links and prices ・Add the page you're viewing from Safari's share button ・Import items you wrote "buy" next to in iPhone Reminders ・Items you add also appear in a dedicated Reminders list named "Honmei" (visible from Apple's Reminders app) ・Sort into categories and set your own order ・After a while, Honmei asks "Still want it?" ・Look back at the totals of what you bought and what you passed on ・Check from a Home Screen widget without opening the app ■ Your information goes nowhere Honmei does not connect to the internet. What you enter is stored only on your iPhone. Content written to Reminders or Calendar may be synced to iCloud according to your iPhone settings (this is done by iOS, not by Honmei). No ads. No analytics tools. No account registration needed. ■ Price All features are free. There are no in-app purchases. ■ For people who ・Sometimes think "I didn't really need that" after buying ・Have too many things they want and can't tell which one matters ・Can't keep a budgeting app going, but still want to rethink purchases ・Don't want their data leaving their deviceRead more
