Pairseal: Folder Verification

Pairseal is a read-only handoff check for two folders in Files. Choose an original and delivered folder. The app walks their file paths and reads each file in chunks to calculate SHA-256 fingerprints. It then shows matching files, changed bytes, items missing from the copy, items only in the copy, and read failures. Missing empty folders are also reported. Open any file record to inspect the two byte counts and fingerprints. Filter the ledger to the paths that need attention. Preview a generated PDF verification report or share PDF and CSV reports through the iOS share sheet. Past report results stay in the app until you delete them; source files are not copied into the app. A user-triggered sample runs the same verifier on two local example folders, so you can try the workflow immediately. Pairseal reads only the folders you select. It does not sync, edit, delete, upload or certify the identity of a sender. A comparison is a snapshot at scan time. Third-party Files providers may deny access or keep files offline; these appear as unreadable instead of matching. No account, subscription, ads, analytics, tracking or developer-server transfer.
