Map how a microphone responds around the capsule without sending session data to a server. PolarMic Measurement Lab stores calibrated SPL readings by angle and frequency. Its polar stage normalizes each band for meaningful shape comparison while preserving every raw level for later inspection. Overlay low, mid, and high-frequency traces or isolate the band that matters to a placement decision. The Metrics workspace calculates the main-lobe direction, deepest null, front-to-rear rejection, −6 dB coverage, and bilateral symmetry. A rotary reading log keeps every angle editable in precise half-decibel steps. Save multiple takes and duplicate a session before changing distance, pattern, or room position. Export a designed PDF measurement report for a client or studio archive, plus a CSV containing every frequency, angle, calibrated SPL value, and normalized result. Calculations are descriptive measurement aids and do not replace microphone calibration or controlled test conditions. Everything runs locally. There is no account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or Gobling Company server upload. Exports leave only when you choose a destination through Apple's share sheet.
